I don't understand the second part of your question, are you saying there is a wallpaper showing through the wallpaper you selected.
It's not wallpaper. Each App, when you open them, instead of having a normal background, has these
horizontal lines and what appears to be a graphic of water with air bubbles. I thought it might be a water
damage indicator, but the phone has not been in any water? There is a liquid contact indicator beneath the
Sim Slot cover that turns from White to Red if it comes into contact with liquid and I checked it and it is
White.
Can you do some screen shots and post them here?
