Low video volume

Hello All,

Video volume is very low in internet browsers, but not in Chrome. Firefox, Opera, and Safari all have what sounds to be the same volume level while Chrome is at a much more normal volume. I have never run into this problem before and has only occurred recently between all browsers. I have tried clearing cache and what not from the browsers with no solution. All volume mixer levels are consistent.
