how to restore ipad without access to original itunes account

About a year ago i lost access to my origianl email for Itunes and was able to switch it to a different email. All of my devices on the ICloud switched properly except my ipad. Now I am unable to access any of my music, and it wont let me restore to factory settings to start over. I need help!!!

IF you mean that your iPad is locked with the Activation Lock and you can't activate it again after you erase it because you don't know the old Apple ID and password, you will have to take the iPad, and proof of purchase to an Apple Store and ask them to unlock it for you.

IF you mean something else, you should describe the problem in more detail.
