ISP change TC to use "Bridge Mode"

My ISP changed the router providing service to my apartment. This only way the TC can connect to the Internet is by using "Bridge Mode".

All MAC equipment previously connected to the main network are fine. The guest network however, will not allow pc or apple products to connect. I have even tried to connect both Windows Laptop and iPod on to the original network, and still cannot get connectivity. I have rebooted the TC, gone back to factory settings and created new networks, the same problem arises.

Can anyone provide advice or suggestions?
