restoring
i just bought a iPhone Plus and i'm trying to restore from an iPHone 4S and it's not letting me; any advice?
iMac (27-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.3)
Try and put it in DFU mode then restore via iTunes.

You're going to have to give a few more details. By "iPhone Plus", do you mean an iPhone 6+? Is the phone new or used? If new, what caused you to decide you needed to restore a new iPhone? What's happening when you try to restore the phone?
