I have an Airport Extreme and Express that stream music to my stereo. How can i configure them to stream music from YouTube that i watch.

Hold down option while you click the audio icon in the menu bar. In the dropdown menu select the source you want tons end the audio wirelessly.

You may need a third-party application, like Rogue Amoeba's Airfoil to stream from other sources other than iTunes.
