Device not showing up on iOS 8.3 text forwarding

I'm attempting to set up text forwarding through 3 apple devices: iPhone 6 (personal), iPad Air 2 (hybrid), and iPhone 5C (work). I was able to set up text forwarding from both phones to my iPad. It shows up in the settings of both phones. When I try to set up the 5c to forward to my 6, it doesn't show, but the reverse does (the 6 can see and has the option to forward to the 5C.

Bevause they are connected to my work, the iPad and 5C have a managing profile, but my 6 doesn't as it's personal. Could the be the reason why I can't see the 6 on the 5C to be forwarded to.
