I receive an e-mail that i have won the apple international promotion program. I just want to conform it that is it true that u have launched this program.

Yes that does sound like a scam apple would never use the word "won" in emails.

In addition to the advice above, please note: ANY, and I mean any email that claims you have won something in a contest you did not enter will be a scam. Never divulge any personal or financial information to such sites.
