iPhone 5C screen popping off

Hello. A member of my family has a blue 16GB iPhone 5C (Bell locked) and the screen is popping off at the upper section of the phone (near the sleep/wake button) and it is really weird because she had her display glass fixed (it cracked) and a few days later the new screen popped out again like the previous one. It is not under warranty and I will be heading to the Apple Store at the eaton centre (Toronto) to see if it can be fixed. All comments appreciated!! 🙂
