I am getting a "File Error: The specified file is locked" notice when I try to save a sequence or export to Quicktime. How do I unlock this?

You can unlock the file by control+click, go to get info then unchecking the lock.

Open Terminal.app in Utilities, paste in "ls-lo" (no quotes) leave a space and drag the problem file into the Terminal window. Please paste the output of this command here.

Also, what is the output of this command.
