I recently started experience a couple issues with Instagram. 1st) When I use Instagram I cannot find all the photos on my camera roll. It just finds a few. 2) The location of some of my photos are missing when I go to post them. Any suggestions?

The annoying thing is it's nearly impossible to contact them. These are probably bugs. Are you using the latest update?

Yes using the latest version of Instagram and even deleted the app and reloaded it. Still does the same thing.

I seriously doubt this will work but you could try DMing the official US Instagram account. They have like 68+ million followers so I doubt they will answer but it's worth a try.
