whenever I try to put my mums credit card details in it always declines. I can't update or download any games. I keep on trying different credit cards but still doesn't work. How can I fix this? Please help! I've been trying this for over 3 months now

The credit card information in iTunes has to match the account exactly, name, number, address, etc. Next, it is not iTunes or Apple that is declining the transaction, it is the financial institution (bank). You may need to check with them to find out what is incorrect about registering the account.
Check the card in iTunes billing settings. If that all looks good contact your card company to report the problem.
