4th gen touch iMessage Won't verify.

Hi all

I know this has been asked a million times, but iMessage on my sons 4th Gen Touch will not get past the verify page.

I Have done the DNS change, the time zone thing, changed restrictions etc etc, but no change

any help would be stunning
