Q: connect betoween laptop and iphone

i have windows 10 build number 10130 and i can't connect my iPhone with my laptop before this build i had build number 10064 i tunes was working but now not work

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

Apple has not certified iTunes to work with the Windows 10 beta release. You will need to wait until Windows 10 is officially released and Apple certifies iTunes to run with that software.
