Apple Care does not remember devices or emails
I have Apple Care and have an issue when I call in the automated line before I actually reach a representative. I call in the automated line does not correctly remember my information. It states the wrong contact email, it states I have two computers (I have one), it states I have two iPhones (I have one) so it cannot correctly recognize what device I have and I have to continually update my serial numbers and my contact email address.
