Whatever carrier you have service with should be able to provide you with a replacement.
yeah the carrier can't get your business with out their sim so most carrier give you a sim for free or for a small charge if you loose yours
Be very careful if your carrier is AT&T. My wife went into one of their stores to get a replacement SIM card. What she got instead was a little bait and switch. The store "couldn't get the SIM card to work" -- that is, the card that would let her manage her account via the iPad. Now we get a bill from AT&T every month with the SIM card they gave her.
