what do i do if ive reached my limit on apple id accounts?

i cant create an apple id because ive reached the limit what to do

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3

Any one device can create only three iCloud accounts. However you can create an iCloud account on another Mac or iOS device (though not on a Windows PC) and then you will be able to sign into it on the present device.

iOS devices have a limit on the number of Apple ID's that can be created, I believe it is limited to 3. You will need to use another device to create one at http://id.apple.com. I'm not really sure why you feel the need to create another if you already have an Apple ID.
