Undo function on iPhone 6 does not work

As of a few days ago the shake-to-Undo function does not work on my iPhone 6. I am using OS 8.2

I have already done a soft reset.

You may want to restore your iPhone or update to the latest OS.

You know, as soon as I started typing what OS I was using I was like, someone is going to tell me to update. Guess I needed to hear it from elsewhere. Thank you. So far so good.
