Q: Mid 2010 Mac - acting up per the above only started seeing issues last month - Apple will not replace motherboard - I need help!

I just started having issues mentioned above with my mid 2010 mac - and it expired on March 3, 2015 - Great luck right? My computer just restarts during workflow and I lose everything every time. I have reinstalled OS Twice and Wiped twice with Genuis bar they told me they couldn't determine the issue and had no known issues with this model - well after a google search i find this - I feel like I was being really mislead and just kind of hurried out of there. I don't think its fair that I have to pay for something that was recalled. Please help - I don't have any options here - without my Mac I can't work and have just been given t the run around. Anyone have any success with this?
