I Just had the same thing pop up ! I actually called and they were trying to charge me $150.00 to fix the problem ! then the guy got mad when i told him i would take it to the store and hung up on me then called me back .
The same happened to me when I called. Did they also get a hold of your screen to show you the "issues"? I hung up after and restarted my computer.
