Why iTunes is not synchronising all ePub book from selected folder in iBook?

I download ePub file in a particular folder which I always select in iTunes synchronise. iTunes is not synchronising all the books in iBook which was not the case few days before. Now I don't get all the ePub file in iBook like before even though I always select ePub folder and tick sync all book in iTunes.
