Just tell us in very plain English what it is you want to do. You have a movie you purchased from iTunes. It sounds like you downloaded it to your Mac. What is it that you want to do beyond that? You want to play it somewhere other than your Mac? If so, where?

I am quite delighted to get a response to my question so soon. Okay, if I understand you correctly you don't care so much about thatch aspects of my computer but rather what I am working on with it. As of these several months I have been trying to watch iTune movies I purchased on my projector. I can't do that now. I went to Apple Care chat many times with this and I also placed several phone calls to them with this same issue. The answer keeps coming up[ the same. My computer MUST be able to display Air Play mirror reimagine. For some reason and I don't know why my computer will not or does not comply with a duplicate or second screen feature. My Apple is a Macbook Air (early 2014). All I can find after spending a lot of time at my friend Google's place is that if I purchased Apple Tv this feature most likely would work.
