At which percentage should I start charging my Macbook?
Mine is a Macbook Air 13" (early 2015).
Will the charging stops when the Macbook is fully charge although the plug is still there?

A good target is between 10-20%. Charging stops when the battery is fully charged automatically. You can leave the charger plugged in.
