May 30, 2015 10:08 PM in response to johnpremiby gail from maine,If you have Find My iPhone turned on on the device, you can log into your iCloud account on the Mac or Windows machine at iCloud.com, and click on the Find My iPhone App. Click on your device, then click on Erase Device. Once you have erased it, you can set it up either as a new phone, or you can restore it from your iCloud backup (if you have one).
