I have a pop up window on my Mac ,don't know how to get rid of it,will not let me use safari until I click Ok

Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If that doesn't work, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.

Have this pop up window on safari,now I can't use safari unless I hit ok don't know how to get rid of it
