Q: In-app purchase for Clash of Clans took money but didn't give items!

It sounds like you were charged for an in-app purchase but never actually received them in the game. I would first quit the app, and restart it and see if they appear:

Force an app to close in iOS

 

1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

   

If not then I would report a problem with the purchase to the iTunes Store support directly:

Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store
