iTunes will not accept my password, even after i change it

I have changed my password several times attempting to sign into iTunes. Each time, I repeatedly get the s

"sign in" pop up. I continue to get the pop up sign in screen, even after I leave the iTunes update screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have an iPhone 5, an iPad and MacBook Air.
