why can't my iPod restore? keep getting message unknown error occurred (1)
stupid ipod wont restore. went dead a few days ago, plugged it in and can't restoe, all i get is message saying unknown error (1) Any ideas people???

- Try another cable
- Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
