music sync got crazy on iPhone 5s

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem right now, well not right now, but since few weeks. Every time I try to sync my selected music on my iPhone, it goes mental! as you can see form the screenshot, I only want ticked songs (484 on top), but it says 774 and on the bottom red line says 801! once finished, the red line says 786 songs but if I'll check it directly on my iPhone it says 780!!! it is really frustrating and I'm really upset cos this never happened before, only few weeks ago. Now, i run out of space so i don't want all that music on it and of course i can't remove song by song on the iphone (i tried to delete some song on my Mac, but well...it is still synchronising them!).

any help?
