sound effects, stingers, and jingles in Garageband

My wife has a project that she wants to do in Garageband. A previous version of Garageband that I used had access to a number of sound effects (animal sounds, etc), jingles and stingers. I can't find those in the newest version. They are available in iMovie but I can't find them in GarageBand. Is there any way to access the sound effects that are available in iMovie in Garageband?
