Q: Mouse/Trackpad going crazy

My mouse/trackpad on my Mac book pro is going absolutely crazy. It keeps opening random stuff and I can't do anything. I've restarted it but that hasn't done anything. This has happened before ages ago but I don't remember what I have to do!
