Q: iTunes 12. Unable to put playlists on iphone6's.  Have iTunes 8.3 on phone, 12.1.2.27 and iOS 10.10.3 on mac.  Neither suggestions for iTunes 12 works.  We cannot drag a playlist to phone and add. The phone name doesn't light up.  And the other option

The phone name doesn't light up.  And the other option when we click sync and music - we never see the additional menu info.  Nothing shows. Help!!
