I'm trying to use another email for my Apple ID but I can't find the Edit link to my Apple ID and Primary Email Address. How do I access/find it?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are trying to change the email address used as the Apple ID. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
Make sure you are in the Name, ID and Email Addresses catagory.
Is your current Apple ID and primary email address verified?
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
Select Edit next to Apple ID and Primary Email Address.
