Q: when i'm on a call i can barely hear the other party and vice versa what should i do?

Thanks but I've tried all the possible troubleshooting steps i know and nothing helped. it completely went to even affecting the speakerphone too.

Have you tried adjusting the volume with the side buttons WHILE ON THE CALL? That is the only time those buttons affect call volume.

Then you most likely have a hardware problem. The phone is still in warranty, so take it to an Apple store and they will diagnose it, and most likely replace it.
