Music Will Not Sync

Yesterday I got a new iPhone 6 and upon cloud downloading all of my data from my iPhone 4, everything was fine, but none of my music transferred. I was able to find some of my music through purchased, but not everything I have I bought from iTunes - some of it was transferred from CDs, so purchased on older/different Apple IDs.

When I plug in my phone to my laptop and try to transfer music to it through iTunes, it shows up as not letting me put the album onto my phone. I tried to sync multiple times, and then at one point it said it was syncing everything I'd tried to transfer, so I thought it was working, but still nothing had gone to my phone. How can I fix this? I've been using Apple products for 4+ years and have only been having this problem recently.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

If I understand you correctly now, You are trying to drag and drop the music onto the phone which is little bit different than syncing the music. You are trying to manually manage the music. I trust that the album is actually in your iTunes library. I don't manually manage content so I'm not sure that you can drag an entire album over. You may have to do it one song at a time. Or perhaps you can select multiple songs in the songs list and then drag them over.

Take a look at this.
