For your music, if it's music purchases in the iTunes store: Re-download or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer - Apple Support

If it's not, then sadly, iOS devices are not able to act as a method for transferring files from one computer to another. With the exception of pictures, iOS devices aren't intended to function the way a flash drive does.

For your notes check Settings > Notes and find out what your default account is. If you have an apple id that has an @icloud.com email address attached to it, it's likely your apple id that you'll see there, but other email accounts are able to sync notes as well.

On the MacBook Pro open the notes app, and then open the "notes menu" in the top left (Near the black apple symbol). Select the accounts option, and either add the corresponding account, or if it's already listed, check the box in that account's settings indicating that it should sync notes. That should do it.
