Just bought 20GB of iCloud storage, but photos still not backing up. According to storage I have 14.5 GB of available storage, but when I check against photos it says iCloud storage is full. Any ideas?

Try signing out and back into your account.
Thanks - tried that but no joy. Tried resetting iPad too but still no joy. When I check settings>iCloud>Storage it shows 14.5GB available. When I click on Storage it shows Total Storage 0 bytes Available 2.5GB. I don't get it - iCloud Photo Library shows total usage of 4.1GB
Strangely working now! I was obviously impatient
iCloud storage issues. Bought some storage but photos still don't upload to iCloud.
