PEOPLE SAY TO ME THAT THEY SAW THE PRICE OF THE 5S AROUND OF U$D 350...
Different countries, different taxes, etc. It is your governments financial policies that rule the price, not Apple. It is the same here in Australia. Much dearer than the USA.
