Q: Can you add folders filled with music into Automatically Add to iTunes and still have it add what you put in?

I have a Sony Walkman that I use to play and store my music. The way the Walkman stores the music is through Artist-organized folders, and within those folders Album-organized folders. I am wondering if I can add the folders the Walkman uses to store the music into the Automatically Add to iTunes folder and still have iTunes insert all my music, even though they aren't inserted as individual music files (they're inside the folders I talked about). The way I worded this seems confusing to me so let me know if it is.

iTunes, Windows 7

Yes. You can copy entire folder structures into Automatically Add to iTunes. Anything that iTunes doesn't know what to do with will be moved into a folder called Not Added, the rest will be added and moved into the main library.
