Exchange Account Eating Data-But no more exchange

Hoping that this is a simple question with an easy answer. I'm using an iPhone 6 ios8.3. Settings shows a lot of data going through Exchange Account. I deleted that account when i Quit my last company so I'm wondering how it could still be eating data. I still have an outlook account for my msn address but that's listed as a separate service. There is no Exchange in my list of accounts. If I still have an Exchange Account on my phone eating my data can someone tell me how to delete it?
