May 31, 2015 8:03 PM in response to billvideoby den.thed,All Apple products including certified refurbished units have a one year warranty.
You will need to Contact Apple Support, at > http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ and make arrangements for either service or a replacement.

May 31, 2015 8:11 PM in response to den.thedby billvideo,Thank den.thed,
I know about the warranty.
I ran a hardware test and it came back good.
I figure this might be a software issue, so was hoping to try a fix before schlepping the iMac all the way to the Apple store...
I erased the drive and re-installed OSX 10.10.3 from scratch, and still having the issue though...
Can anyone decipher what this might be based from the crash log?
Thanks

May 31, 2015 8:27 PM in response to billvideoby poikkeus1,If you erased your machine, you shouldn't be getting any errors. Therefore, the issue (most likely) is either the RAM or hardware.
Unfortunately, the RAM for this model is not user-accessible. Your only foolproof option is to return the machine and get a replacement.

As long as we are discussing a 27" iMac, the RAM is indeed user accessible:

May 31, 2015 8:39 PM in response to billvideoby billvideo,Would a hardware test not always find bad RAM?
I already have 32GB on the way to replace the 8GB anyway, if it is the RAM.
I was just hoping someone could provide insight from the crash log.
