My iPhone 6 screen starts to flicker and then white lines come across it. Need help.

got the exact same thing.... after restore it continued... will be going back to Apple....

first Apple device I ever owned that is this bad.....

Do you think, Apple will replace a new screen with no charge for the device under warranty? or replace a new device. For example, if the screen crack it's still no charge or charge.

No one here can know that without examining your phone. Bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.
