iPhone 5C - German Usage (A1516)

I recently bought an iPhone 5C (A1516) in Shanghai and was wondering, if I can use it in germany with my T-Mobile Sim Card.

Whether you could use this iPhone with a different carrier in another country would depend on whether it is locked or not. If it is, you may be able to unlock it using the steps in this article -
How to unlock your iPhone for use with another carrier - Apple Support
Note in particular that the unlock process is up to the carrier that the phone is locked to. Not all offer unlocking and those that do may have requirements for unlocking.
