Problems with Remote Client Update Version 3.8.4

When I installed Remote Client Update Version 3.8.4 I lost the ability to send mail. I logged out of ICloud and logged back in. No improvements. I closed out of my ISP account and logged back in. No Improvements. I am getting mail fine, I just can't send. Mac Connection Doctor says I have a green light on my ISP SMTP and my ISP POP and my iCloud IMAP.

I have four log files that I can't understand. Sample below. Will provide upon request.
