I have on my iPhone5C screen a bunch of grey squares at the top 1/3rd of screen that appears faintly under all the icons and appearances on screen .There 11 columns and 4 squares in each .It coincides with a major dysfunction of screen touch . No interaction movement or power or shut down is possible as a result .Is this part of why I cant enter passcode or power reset the model ?
