Q: Exercise ring is not accurately capture indoor workouts on the treadmill.

This morning I worked out for 25 minutes walking at a brisk pace.  The treadmill was set at 3.5 and on an elevation of 3 consistently for 25 minutes and the exercise ring registered 9 minutes of exercise.  I made sure I was not gripping the rail and my arms were swinging at my side naturally as they would on a brisk walk outdoors.  I had similar results over the weekend when using the treadmill where I tried intervals run/ walking on the treadmill and varied the incline from 3 to 10. It seems like the exercise ring feature is buggy.  I have read the article about calibrating the exercise app but that does not explain why the ring fails to capture activity on a treadmill. This seems to me to be a bug and not related to calibrating the exercise app. The calories and stand rings seem to work fine during this activity.  although the stand ring will not recognize that you are standing if you are standing still for long periods.  You have to move around. Any idea when we can expect the exercise ring to be corrected?
