Please use leading zeros in episode numbers!

I'm guessing this is the best place to ask this!

Could people making podcasts please title them in a way that allows them to be easily sorted! Either put the production date or the episode number in the title in a consistent way.

Please don't do title things like:

"Welcome to Episode the First"

"The 2nd Episode"

"Number three"

"Episode 4"

"Episode V"

"Episode 06"

"Number 7"

"A particularly good one, this - it's Ep. 8"

"We've decided to call this one numero 9"

...

(Unless actively being annoying is the whole point of the podcast, in which case, go right ahead!).

(Part of the problem is that the production 'date' field doesn't seem to get filled in consistently, either by podcast makers or by media managing programs - iTunes seems to retain it in its own database, but if you put the files into any other media manager it loses all the date and hence ordering information)
