I'm currently running 10.10.2 and wish to manually install 10.10.3 from a file I got from my local Apple authorized reseller. I click to launch it and it says "The Applictaion Install OS Yosemite can't be opened.

What did your local Apple authorized reseller say when you asking why it will not open?
My Mac was at home so I only attempted to install it 10 minutes ago. I asked them to copy it to my iPhone and then I'd take it off it three iTunes (which I did)
Why are you not downloading it via the Mac App Store?
I Have a Mac Mini and no Wi-Fi at home 😟
What is the file size? The 10.10.3 update is 1.52 GB
