Somehow my IPad browser defaults to Brazil. So all of my search are in Spanish.

When using the Safari Browser, all search results default to Brazil. I have tried changing locations, tried changing languages back to English. When I restart my IPad, reverts back to Brazil.

How to do I reset my default to be English USA,many location to be Denver, Colorado
