Rover.Ebay Popup

Keep getting Rover.Ebay pop up saying certificate is not valid when I use email. Choices are cancel or continue to the website rover.ebay. The certificate is a Verisign with Rover.Ebay on the third level down and I think it is in the Root Certificates folder. Tried the force quit safari, stop internet, etc. fix which did not work. Tried to delete the certificate but couldn't, not sure that would work. So I have two problems, safari tries to redirect me to the rover.net website and the invalid cerificate popup. Thanks for any help.

Try repairing Keychain.

Quit Safari.

Verify and Repair Keychain

Finder >Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access

Unlock it, if you have to.

Click the lock at the top left corner, give name and password.

Click “Keychain Access” in the menubar and choose Keychain First Aid.

Thanks for the reply. Both verify and repair said no problems found. This seems to be something that Ebay embeds in something for tracking that gets attached to email programs. Resetting Safari and deleting all emails doesn't get rid of it once it shows up. Others have tried to get help from Ebay but they weren't interested in fixing this.
